We’re Hiring: Production Operator – Phenolic
We’re looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our Phenolic line, supporting the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, meeting performance, quality, and safety standards.

Purpose of the Role
To operate and support the Phenolic production process, ensuring products are manufactured safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role is key to maintaining production performance and meeting customer requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Operate production machinery and equipment on the Phenolic line in line with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the production process, ensuring quality standards and output targets are met.
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping to keep the work area safe and efficient.
- Support material handling including materials and moving finished products.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
- A proactive approach with the ability to follow processes and work as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong focus on health and safety and a willingness to follow procedures
