Production Operator – Phenolic
We’re looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our Phenolic line, supporting the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, meeting performance, quality, and safety standards.

Purpose of the Role
To operate and support the Phenolic production process, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is key to maintaining production performance and meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment on the Phenolic line in line with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the production process, ensuring quality standards and output targets are met.
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance/housekeeping to keep the work area safe and efficient.
- Support material handling, including materials and moving finished products.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Proactive approach, with the ability to follow processes and work as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills, capable of adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong focus on health and safety, and a willingness to follow established procedures.
