Job Title: Production Picker
Location: Ixworth, Suffolk
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: 08:00-16:30 with an early finish EVERY Friday
Job Description:
This role involves working as part of the stores department, managing inventory for the production team. The role will include picking all the parts ready on trolleys for the manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
- Picking machine parts from the warehouse
- Reading & working from stock lists & managing inventory as you work
- Assist in the warehouse as and when required
- Regularly reconcile physical stock to the computerised record
- Be responsible for own health and safety and personal development, keeping up to date with relevant issues in relation to job role and to demonstrate good housekeeping

Requirements:
- Any experience with hand tools would be highly advantageous, whether it's production or assembly-based
- Previous warehouse experience is essential, but some training will be provided
- You must be computer literate & ideally familiar with stock control (SAP) systems
- A forklift license would be hugely beneficial, but it is not essential for the role
