In this role you will be responsible for assessing stock availability, and scheduling the manufacture of products, ensuring that customer and affiliate orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to secure production capacity, maintain service level performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across our operations. You will report directly to the Production Planning Manager. In this exciting position, you will Monitor customer and affiliate orders. Confirm shipment dates based on stock availability, and where needed, plan production to meet order requirements. Plan and schedule production of goods in line with demand and capacity. Respond to customer and affiliate queries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with Production, Distribution, and Transport teams to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery of all orders. Communicate proactively with cross‑functional partners (Customer Care, QC, Maintenance, etc.) to resolve issues. Achieve and maintain agreed service level targets. Monitor slow‑moving stock, identify opportunities for rework or optimization, and implement solutions. Maintain and report key performance indicators (e.g. On‑Time Delivery, Inventory Value, Slow‑Moving and Obsolete Stock) Maintain and ensure accuracy of core planning data in key systems. Seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence. Work under Givaudan standards of quality, safety, industrial hygiene, and good manufacturing practices. Provide departmental cover across all planning functions. Your professional profile includes Minimum of 2–3 years’ experiencessional Experience in a similar role preferred. A background in manufacturing or FMCG, particularly in the food or flavour industry would be beneficial. Previous experience with production planning or scheduling would be beneficial. Microsoft Excel Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data. Experience with macro’s and queries preferred. ERP/MRP systems Experience in SAP preferred. Languages Fluent English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Clear and confident communication skills. A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem‑solving. A desire to contribute to continuous improvement and operational success.
