Production Planner at Huel
Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you 👋
Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us.
About the Role
We invite you to read the advert below for our new Production Planner position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!
The Production Planner with a focus on Huel’s in-house manufacturing operations, will play a critical role in maintaining 100% product availability across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and retail channels. This internally-focused role centers on our Huel factory, where you’ll serve as the fundamental interface between HQ and the factory team — ensuring alignment, efficiency, and seamless execution of production plans across all product categories manufactured at the Huel Milton Keynes site.
This role is based at Huel HQ (Tring) and acts as the key planning link between our HQ supply team and the Milton Keynes factory team, ensuring production plans are aligned and executed smoothly. It is not a factory-based role.
Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver on Our Customer Promise of ‘Never Out of Stock’: Balance product availability and wastage risk by maintaining optimal production plans and finished goods stock levels across all sales channels.
-
Own the Factory Supply Plan: Develop, maintain, and optimise robust production plans for all product categories manufactured at our Huel Milton Keynes site, balancing capacity, efficiency, and commercial demands.
-
Bridge Between HQ and Factory: Act as the key liaison between the Huel HQ supply team and the Huel MK factory team. Ensure production plans are effectively communicated, aligned, and executed on-site.
-
Flexibility to Change: Huel is a fast-growing business and new opportunities often arise at short notice. You’ll need to adapt and prioritise business needs as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
