Kea-Flex Mouldings Ltd is a specialist manufacturer focused on precision rubber and plastics moulding and machining. Role Description

The Production Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Bordon. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and adjusting production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize use of machinery, materials, and labor.

  • Coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams
  • Monitoring work orders and lead times
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing capacity
  • Tracking inventory levels related to production
  • Updating stakeholders on delivery timelines and any risks to on-time completion
  • Preparing reports
  • Maintaining accurate production data
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in planning and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong Production Planning and Production Schedules skills, including the ability to create, adjust, and monitor detailed plans.
  • Solid Planning and Analytical Skills to evaluate capacity, identify constraints, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear updates on production status.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally involving rubber or plastics moulding, is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with planning or ERP/MRP software and basic spreadsheet tools is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are important.
  • A relevant technical or business qualification, or equivalent practical experience in production planning or operations, is preferred.
