Job Overview:

As a Production Planner, you’ll coordinate the release of orders into manufacturing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth communication between teams. You’ll manage order flow through our systems, handle priority and exception orders, and maintain essential production records. Your work will directly support our ability to deliver high-quality products on time.

This Production Planner role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused manufacturing environment and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate, and release manufacturing orders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow
  • Manage priority, exception, and ad-hoc orders
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and kanban systems
  • Support process improvements and assist warehouse operations when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Administrative experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • A team player with a flexible, positive attitude
