Production Planner / Customer Services Representative
We currently have an opportunity for a Production Planner / Customer Services Representative to join our Customer Services Team, reporting directly to Lloyd Parfitt, Commercial Manager.
In this position you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, working together with the Production and Sales Teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work alongside colleagues to ensure all aspects of the planning function, including the translation of customer demands into viable production plans, are implemented, while making the most effective and efficient use of capacity & resources. You will monitor adherence to weekly plans via daily production meetings, and set priorities where appropriate.

The successful candidate will have a methodical & meticulous working manner, and possess good communication skills that will adapt across all levels of the business. We are looking for a self-motivated, strong team player, who is flexible and adept at juggling priorities and working under pressure.

Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills will be essential in this challenging but rewarding role.
Ideally you will have experience in a planning/customer services role, possess qualifications in English language & Mathematics, have good analytical & computing skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office packages.
The role will work on a day shift pattern (40 hours), Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with ½ hour unpaid meal break.
