Production Process Engineer

Stevenage

We are currently recruiting for a Production Process Engineer on behalf of a well-established and growing electronics manufacturing business.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in electronics manufacturing to play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting production operations, and helping to deliver high-quality products to customers across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimise manufacturing processes, improve efficiencies, reduce waste, and support the introduction of new products into production.

The Role

As a Production Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing and improving manufacturing processes across the production environment. You will act as a key technical point of contact for production-related issues, helping to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
