- £14.75 per hour (paid weekly) + £2.00 Unsociable Night Shift Rate (UNS) per hour worked between 18:00–06:00

About The Role
As a Process Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing production processes and staff to meet Safety, Quality, Training, Productivity and Cost targets—ensuring they are met consistently and cost-effectively.

You’ll be a key player in the Production Department, driving and managing your production line to meet customer needs while aligning with Avara Foods’ quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and motivate production staff to ensure they reach their full potential and that operations are effectively staffed.
- Responsibility for training and development of all staff (including new hires), ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Achieve agreed quality standards by ensuring products are consistently produced to specification.
- Continuously develop and improve production processes and implement new initiatives.
- Monitor and record KPI data, reporting daily performance in KPI meetings.
- Escalate issues to production schedulers and key personnel in a timely manner.
- Plan and manage daily boards and staff rotas.
- Resolve staffing issues effectively, fairly, and consistently.

- Excellent communication skills with strong literacy and numeracy abilities.
- A self-motivated attitude and positive approach to work.
- Reliability with the ability to form strong working relationships.
- A practical approach to problem-solving.
- Team player who thrives with minimum supervision and is approachable to staff.
