Production Process Leader - Day Shift

What We Offer

  • £14.75 per hour (paid weekly) + £2.00 Unsociable Night Shift Rate (UNS) per hour worked between 18:00–06:00
  • Earn a minimum of £590 per week
  • Earn £250 for every successful referral of a friend or family member*

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00


About The Role

As a Process Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing production processes and staff to meet Safety, Quality, Training, Productivity and Cost targets—ensuring they are met consistently and cost-effectively.

You’ll be a key player in the Production Department, driving and managing your production line to meet customer needs while aligning with Avara Foods’ quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and motivate production staff to ensure they reach their full potential and that operations are effectively staffed.
  • Responsibility for training and development of all staff (including new hires), ensuring proper documentation is completed.
  • Achieve agreed quality standards by ensuring products are consistently produced to specification.
  • Continuously develop and improve production processes and implement new initiatives.
  • Monitor and record KPI data, reporting daily performance in KPI meetings.
  • Escalate issues to production schedulers and key personnel in a timely manner.
  • Plan and manage daily boards and staff rotas.
  • Resolve staffing issues effectively, fairly, and consistently.
