About The Team & Your Mission

The Production team is responsible for preparing and assembling our meals before cooking. From mixing to sealing, this team ensures every tray is filled, garnished, checked, and packed correctly - on time, every time.

To support the smooth running of the production line, helping the team hit their targets and maintain high quality. You'll step up to supervise when the Production Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimise delays or downtime on the production line
  • Ensure product quality and minimise and manage tray weight issues
  • Ensuring team support and task clarity
  • Support the line to stay on pace and meet volume targets
  • Ensure trays are filled, sealed, and checked correctly
  • Help with smooth changeovers and line cleanliness
  • Coordinate with Warehouse to keep stock flowing
  • Step in to lead daily operations when the manager is off
  • Communicate any quality or production concerns clearly
  • Support improvements and process efficiency across shifts

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on experience with food production line processes
  • Understanding of weights, portioning, and food safety standards
  • Comfortable supporting KPIs like line speed and accuracy
  • Experience in team coordination or leading daily stand-ups
  • Confident using checklists or basic systems for task tracking
  • Calm and reliable under pressure
  • Clear communicator with the team
  • Attention to detail and product standards
  • Proactive, helpful, and happy to lead by example
  • Flexible mindset - steps in when and where needed
