Production Scheduler

Yolk Recruitment are supporting a growing South Wales manufacturer with the recruitment of a Production Scheduler to join their expanding operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its future, expanding its manufacturing capabilities, and forecasting significant growth over the next few years. Following substantial investment in new machinery and with further expansion plans already underway, the company is looking for a Production Scheduler who can help bring greater visibility, structure, and control to a varied manufacturing environment.

Unlike traditional high-volume production environments, this role offers genuine variety. You’ll be coordinating the manufacture of multiple bespoke and batch-built products, balancing changing priorities, managing production capacity, and ensuring materials and resources are aligned to customer demand. If you enjoy problem-solving, working closely with production teams, and making a real impact on operational performance, this could be the perfect next move.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
