PRODUCTION SECRETARY

STV Studios is looking for an experienced Production Secretary to work on a studio game show.

  • Start Date: 28th September 2026
  • Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension)
  • Base: STV, Pacific Quay Glasgow and BBC Studios, Pacific Quay Glasgow

Due to the studio record schedule, the successful candidate must have a base within a short commute of Pacific Quay, Glasgow

The Successful Applicant Will Be Required To

  • Book travel and accommodation for contestants and crew travelling to and from Glasgow
  • Write and distribute travel itineraries
  • Support the Production Coordinator as required both prior to and during the studio record
  • Work from the studio production office between 26th October and 29th November. This may include weekend working.
  • Be proactive and forward thinking, trouble shooting problems and finding solutions to support the team

Key Experience For This Role

  • Production Secretary or equivalent level experience on a broadcast production
  • Previous experience of working on a studio based entertainment production
  • Experienced in high volume travel booking
