Production Specialist

4 Months Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) in the Nottingham Area

Overview

Reporting into a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Triaging inbound commercial/partner requests via Salesforce
  • Understanding commercial briefs
  • Collecting assets directly from partners
  • Building accurate tracking links
  • Executing partners’ tactical promotional activities

Job Requirements

Experience (Essential)

  • Strong communication skills (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Attention to detail with quality assurance ability
  • Meeting strict deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce, Canva, and affiliate network experience (desirable)

Experience (Desirable, not required)

  • Exposure to affiliate networks (e.g., Awin, Rakuten, Commission Junction)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM tools
  • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design platforms

  • Requests completed within SLA
  • Quality Assurance scoring
  • Error rate reduction

Job Responsibilities

Triaging partner/commercial requests, including:

  • Working with affiliate networks and tracking links for revenue tracking
  • Executing perk and partner changes to support the Commercial team
  • Direct communication with partners (email/phone)
  • Investigating customer support issues with perks/partners
  • Escalating issues to Production Manager/Head of Partner Operations
