Production Specialist
4 Months FTC in Nottingham area
Overview
Reporting into a Production Manager. You’ll be responsible for triaging inbound commercial / partner requests via Salesforce. Understanding the requirements of the commercial briefing, collecting assets directly from our partners, building accurate tracking links and hands on execution of our partners tactical promotional activity.
EXPERIENCE: What we need you to have done
The situations that an individual entering the job should have experienced or, at least, to have had some exposure.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to quality check your own work
- Work to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Being flexible and reacting to change in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Canva and affiliate networks desirable
Experience that is not necessary but desirable
- Exposure to Affiliate Networks (eg: Awin, Rakuten, Commission Junction)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design platform
Success metrics
- Requests completed within SLA
- Quality Assurance scoring
- Rate of errors

RESPONSIBILITIES: What we need you to do
- Triaging inbound partner/commercial requests
- Working with affiliate networks and tracking links to track revenue
- Executing perk and partner changes to support our Commercial team
- Communicating directly with partners through email and phone
- Investigating customer support issues with perks and partners
- Escalating issues to Production Manager and/or Head of Partner Operations
