Production Specialist

**Fixed Term Contract (4 Months) – Production Support & Commercial Operations Specialist

Location: Nottinghamarea


Overview

Reporting into a Production Manager, this role will focus on handling inbound commercial/partner requests via Salesforce. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and executing partner promotional briefs, including asset collection.
  • Developing accurate tracking links for partners.
  • Managing tactical execution of partner activities with strict deadlines.

Experience

Required

Experience in adapting to a fast-paced environment, with a focus on:

  • Strong communication (external & internal teams).
  • Attention to detail (quality checking work).
  • Cancelling priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Technical Exposure Desirable:

  • Hands-on use of Salesforce, Canva, and basic understanding of affiliate networks (e.g., Awin, Rakuten).

Nice-to-Have (Nascent)

  • Prior work with affiliate networks (e.g., Rakuten, Commission Junction).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM tools.

Success Metrics

Performance will be tracked via: ✔ Request turnaround within SLA deadlines. ✔ Quality assurance scoring on accuracy. ✔ Error-free execution rate.


Responsibilities

Assist the Commercial team by:

  • Prioritising and resolving inbound requests from partners & affiliates.
  • Configuring tracking links via affiliate networks.
  • Implementing promotional changes swiftly.
  • Handling direct customer support for partner-led issues.
  • Escalating unresolved queries to the Production Manager/ Partner Operations Head.

Ensure smooth execution of partner-brand interactions, delivering best-in-class results.
