Lime Signs is a creative, high-quality sign making company offering exterior and interior signage, large format printed graphics, vehicle wraps, office and business signs, 3D letters, banners, and flags. Based in Southampton, the company serves clients across the South of England, London, most of the UK, and has a strong local client base in Romsey, Eastleigh, and Winchester. Lime Signs specializes in office and business signage, printed window film, and wall graphics, supporting a wide range of branding projects. The team is experienced in delivering tailored visual solutions that help organizations enhance their visibility and brand identity. Role Description
The Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Romsey, responsible for supporting the end-to-end production of signage and graphics. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves collaborating with design, sales, and installation teams to clarify job requirements, resolve production issues, and maintain efficient workflow. The Production Specialist will assist with inventory checks, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement of production processes. This position requires hands-on work in a workshop environment and the ability to manage multiple projects within set deadlines.
Qualifications
- Skills in Production Planning and Production Management to coordinate workflows, allocate resources, and meet delivery timelines.
- Strong Quality Control skills to inspect materials and finished products, ensuring accuracy, durability, and adherence to specifications.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear updates on job status and requirements.
- Training skills to support onboarding of new team members and share best practices in production processes and equipment use.
- Experience in signage, print production, or a related manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret job sheets and technical specifications; comfort with basic measurements and tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a workshop setting.
- Previous experience in a production or fabrication role and a commitment to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship are preferred.
