We are hiring for a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
A successful Sign Production Specialist at FASTSIGNS will:
- Follow layouts to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on a predetermined substrate
- Prepare substrates for vinyl application covering tasks such as cutting, painting and laminating
- Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut designs (techniques may vary by size, product and design complexity)
- Operate and maintain printer equipment
- Conduct quality assurance checks by reading and interpreting Work Orders before and after production to verify no errors or substandard practices
- Handle finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces
- Report inventory levels and update order stock to center managers, production managers, or the franchisee
- Maintain clean storage areas

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in sign production preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical demands:
- Ability to stand for 4+ hours consecutively
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Flexibility to bend, reach downward, and continuously apply materials to substrates
- Technical adaptability:
- Operated under tight deadlines with emphasis on high-volume, high-quality output

Additional Details
Compensation: $18.00–$25.00 per hour.
