Production Specialist
Production Specialist (Sign and Graphic Products) – FastSigns
About the Role Production Specialists thrive in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment, crafting and assembling sign and graphic products in diverse business applications. Work is carried out in the FASTSIGNS Center sign production area, equipped with premium sign-making technology.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires specialised production and installation duties, including:
- Cutting and assembling printed graphics using:
- Wall cutters
- graduated circular saws
- precision Exacto blades
- Applying custom signage onto various substrates (materials)
- On-site installation to vehicles and building exteriors/interiors via:
- Hand tools (e.g., ladders)
- Mechanical lifts or hoists
- Diligently following work orders to meet client specifications

Requirements
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented approach to execute flawless signage projects
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate creative challenges
- Physical ability to work with heavy materials and on ladders/lifts
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training on equipment and techniques
The ideal candidate has a practical, hands-on attitude and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Compensation
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour
