Production Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be exclusively supporting a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Production Supervisor, based in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing shift activities in line with production and planning schedules
- Taking ownership of Health, Safety and Environmental standards across your areas
- Ensuring shift manning levels support departmental targets
- Driving lean manufacturing and good housekeeping practices
- Working cross-functionally to minimise downtime and keep material flowing efficiently
- Managing documentation, costs and production consumables
Requirements
We’re looking for experienced Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

- Previous supervisory experience within a heavy manufacturing environment
- Understanding of quality and technical processes within the forge industry
- Working knowledge of NDT and inspection processes
- Exposure to highly regulated sectors
- A hands-on, can-do leader who thrives under pressure and drives continuous improvement
