Greenjets is redefining sustainable aviation through advanced manufacturing. We’re now looking for a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring our products are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving environment where precision and pace matter equally.

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities across your area
- Drive output, quality, and on-time delivery against production plans
- Support, coach, and develop a team of technicians and operators
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams

Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
- Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of production processes (ideally high-spec or regulated industries)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
- A focus on both people leadership and operational performance
