Role Description
The Production Supervisor at Custom Cosmetics Ltd is a full-time, on-site role based in Bingley. This position oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure haircare products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The Production Supervisor coordinates production schedules, allocates resources, and monitors workflow to meet output targets and deadlines. The role includes supervising production staff, providing clear guidance, conducting team briefings, and supporting training to maintain high performance and compliance with safety procedures. The Production Supervisor also collaborates with quality, logistics, and management teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous improvement in the production environment.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and coaching.
- Experience with Production Planning and Production Schedules to meet demand and optimize capacity.
- Proficiency in Production Management, including workflow coordination, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear instructions to production staff.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or cosmetics/beauty product production is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Ability to analyze production data, identify issues, and implement process improvements.
- Relevant vocational training or a qualification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
