Production Supervisor
As a Production Supervisor in Runcorn, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of a busy FMCG production line, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve managing a team, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure all production processes adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Manage and support a team of production staff, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report on performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £36,000 to £44,000 per year, dependent on the level of experience.
