Production Supervisor – Phenolic
We’re looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead our Phenolic line, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. You’ll play a critical role in driving team performance, maintaining production standards, and championing health and safety across the operation.

Purpose of the Role
To lead and supervise the Phenolic production team, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role is key to driving production performance while embedding a strong health and safety and continuous improvement culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Production Operators to achieve production targets and KPIs.
- Oversee the Phenolic production process, ensuring all operations run in line with standard operating procedures.
- Take ownership of health and safety within the area, ensuring full compliance with policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Conduct regular safety checks, toolbox talks, and incident investigations, driving a proactive safety culture.
- Monitor production performance and quality, resolving issues quickly to minimise downtime and waste.
- Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and capability.
- Ensure accurate reporting of production data, incidents, and operational performance.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or process environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements, with a proven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and develop a team.
- A high level of attention to detail and focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
- A proactive, organised approach with good planning and time management skills.
