Looking to join one of the world's leading quantitative trading firms?
My client is hiring a Production Support Engineer to support mission-critical front office trading systems in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where uptime, speed, and reliability are everything.
You'll play a key role in ensuring global trading platforms run seamlessly, supporting the full trade lifecycle - from pre-trade validation through to post-trade processing - while working alongside world-class trading, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor and support live trading applications and production systems
- Investigate and resolve production incidents with a focus on minimising downtime
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative improvements
- Manage production releases, scheduled changes, and automated operational workflows
- Partner with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to improve platform stability and automation
- Help optimise monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Front Office Support
- Strong Python and/or Bash scripting skills
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure in a mission-critical production environment
