Production Lead | Cod Beck Blenders
Lead day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Manage and develop teams of 8–12 operators across multiple production bays, driving safety, efficiency, training, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing and packaging activities across 4–6 production bays.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
- Maintain product quality and operational efficiency to meet production schedules.
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams, ensuring training and competency requirements are met.
- Support continuous improvement, housekeeping, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Use internal production systems, Outlook, and Excel to monitor performance and record data accurately.
- Demonstrate hands-on leadership with mixing, packaging, and equipment operations.
