Production Team Lead
Senior Manufacturing Team Leader – Pulpex

We are now hiring a Production Team Leader to join our team!
What You’ll Do
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for your shift, leading teams to meet Health & Safety, Quality, Performance, and KPI targets, while fostering a strong culture of training, development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) performance on shift, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and delivering KPI targets
- Oversee shift performance across safety, quality, output, and people management, ensuring measurable results
- Manage corrective actions from incidents and audits, ensuring timely resolution
- Balance production plans to achieve output targets cost-effectively, while maintaining minimal inventory
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and innovation
- Lead the operational introduction of new technology and processes into production
- Ensure teams are fully trained, competent, and capable of meeting production targets
- Set and track team objectives, manage performance, and support employee development
- Manage attendance, performance, and capability in line with company procedures

About You
- Proven experience in manufacturing, Production, or Processing environments
- Confident in supervising teams and acting as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on shift
- Strong understanding of EHS principles and quality-led manufacturing standards
- Track record of improving efficiency, production performance, and team capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused leader with excellent communication skills
