Are you a Production Leader who would be interested in joining an organisation which supplies high-performance solutions to customers across a range of industries, operating within a fast-paced production environment focused on quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence?

The Role

  • Responsible for leading a production team to deliver safety, quality, and performance targets.
  • Manage and develop a team of 15 employees, including Line Leaders and Cell Leaders.
  • Hold appraisals and disciplinaries.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and OEE, taking corrective action where required.
  • Lead team briefings, share key business updates, and promote a positive working environment.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues, improve performance, and achieve operational objectives while maintaining Health and Safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in leading a Production Team.
  • Experienced within manufacturing or production environments.
  • Ideally prior experience within; Machining, precision engineering, or CNC.
