Production Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader at our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off - Rolling Shift / 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs

  • Supervise daily production activities and manage the team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while enforcing quality control measures throughout the production process
  • Deliver training to your team to ensure understanding of requirement and processes
  • Collaborate with management to monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Encourage open communication, providing feedback and support to team members
  • Conduct problem-solving initiatives to address any operational challenges efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations
  • Effective leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to enhance production efficiency
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with team members and management
  • Ability to remain calm in a busy Production environment
