Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Team Leader - Rolling Shift to join our thriving UK Medical Manufacturing Company to work within our Manufacturing Department.
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader who will be responsible for supporting and assisting the other Team Leaders and Production Supervisors in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing assembly department with the aim of producing high-quality defect-free products, using the most cost-effective and efficient methods as required by the Production and Operations Management.
Essential Experience / Qualifications
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising and motivating a team
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- The ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Knowledge and experience of correct manual handling procedures
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 Certification (or equivalent)
- Experience of using Dynamics system (or similar business management system)
- Counterbalance Forklift licence (although full training with our provider is required)

Hours Of Work
- Continuous Rolling Shift
- 2 Days Working, 2 Days off, 2 Nights Working, 2 Days off
- 07:00am – 19:30pm and 19:00pm – 07:30am
