About the Role
We are seeking multiple Production Technicians and Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical company located in the Hertfordshire area.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced production professionals to work within a dynamic team, contributing to the manufacturing of essential medicines under a regulated environment. The 4 on/4 off, 12-hour shift pattern offers flexibility while supporting meaningful work that helps patients.
As a Production Technician or Operator, you’ll play a critical role in streamlining production lines, covering:
- Incoming materials handling
- Equipment preparation
- Sterile operations
- Quality control
- Packaging

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Dependent on the team, your core responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment in compliance with GMP, health & safety, and site-specific procedures
- Managing and documenting production activities, ensuring records for validation, calibration, and maintenance are accurate
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment through strict adherence to handling standards
- Collaborating in process improvements by assisting in the review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under Team Leader guidance
- Coordinating team activities and liaising effectively across different operational sections to maintain smooth workflow

Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate:
- A higher education qualification (Degree or equivalent) in a relevant field such as:
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Quality Assurance
- Quality Management
- Proven experience working in a **regulated enviro
