You’ll:

  • Review and refine maintenance systems to maintain (and improve) performance.
  • Implement upgrades that enhance reliability and efficiency across our EU sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive and preventative maintenance across a diverse range of site equipment.
  • Perform reactive repairs and fault diagnostics in live distribution warehouses.
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and protocols.
  • Support the mentorship and development of on-site apprentices.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and scale best practices across EU-wide operations.

A Day in the Life

Your role requires proactive leadership on every shift to ensure:

  • Smooth operations with fully functional equipment.
  • Adherence to regulations and maintenance policies.
  • Stakeholder communication with line managers on optimisation efforts or administrative tasks.

You’ll leverage tools like SCADA to monitor systems and recommend improvements. With your insights, you’ll design and implement changes that boost efficiency both locally and within our EU-wide function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
