Products & Services Director

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious leader who combines deep client understanding with commercial thinking, strategic vision and a passion for innovation. You'll bring front line experience gained within private banking, wealth management or a closely related sector, alongside the ability to harness technology to enhance our products, services and client experience.

Leading a team of specialists, you'll foster a culture where new ideas are encouraged, talent is developed and people feel empowered to make a difference. You'll be comfortable operating at Board and Executive Committee level, influencing decisions, leading change and helping to shape the long term success of the business.
What you'll bring:
- A proven track record of driving innovation and commercially valuable change.
- The credibility and influence to contribute as a senior Executive Committee leader.
- Strong experience building, leading and developing high performing teams.
- Deep client understanding and front line commercial experience.
- A proven ability to leverage technology to improve products, services and client outcomes.
- Strategic ambition and the potential to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.
- Energy, resilience and a commitment to delivering lasting impact.
