The Proposition Manager
The Proposition Manager will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality propositions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and support the strategic objectives of Lloyds Wealth. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders across product, marketing, distribution, and risk teams to ensure propositions are client-centric, commercially viable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of new propositions, from concept through to launch and then ongoing governance, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client needs.
- Identify opportunities for proposition enhancement and drive the delivery of innovative solutions that deliver good client outcomes and competitive advantage.
- Undertake product governance responsibilities, using data and analytics to evidence good client outcomes and support regulatory compliance across Lloyds Wealth’s proposition.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure effective proposition messaging and delivery.
- Manage relationships with third-party product providers to support proposition development and delivery.
- Establish and build relationships with stakeholders to provide quality and timely information and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Positively influence others by demonstrating core Lloyds Wealth values and behaviours.
- Oversee and support the development of junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills
This role will suit an enthusiastic individual with experience in product or proposition management, ideally within wealth management or financial planning.
- Deep understanding of the wealth management industry and competitive environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful propositions and driving innovation.
- Strong analytical skill set with the ability to shape and solve complex problems.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value for clients and the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make the complex simple.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proactive and driven approach, with strong planning, organising, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to adapt and reprioritise in a dynamic environment.
