About the Role
Lloyds Wealth aims to transform financial advice by making it more affordable, accessible, and impactful for individuals and businesses.
The Proposition Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the development, delivery, and governance of financial propositions, ensuring they align with client needs, commercial objectives, and regulatory standards. This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders across product, marketing, distribution, risk, and external partners to drive innovation and value.
Key Responsibilities
Proposition Development & Governance
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of financial propositions—from concept to launch and beyond—ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client-centric outcomes.
- Identify trends and gaps in the market and lead the delivery of innovative, competitive solutions that enhance client experience.
- Execute data-driven proposition governance, leveraging analytics to evidence client outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance across Lloyds Wealth.
- Partner with third-party providers to refine and deploy propositions effectively.
Stakeholder & Team Compliance
- Engage cross-functional teams (marketing, product, risk, compliance) to ensure propositions are client-focused, compliant, and commercially robust.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality insights drive informed decision-making.
- Foster a culture of growth by overseeing junior team members, providing mentorship, and championing continuous improvement.
- Reinforce Lloyds Wealth’s core values through behaviours that inspire and influence others positively.

Requirements & Skills
Experience & Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record in product/proposition management, preferably within wealth management, financial planning, or advice.
- In-depth knowledge of the wealth management industry, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment (e.g., FCA, financial advice standards).
- Strong commercial acumen—ability to balance client value and business imperative for sustainable growth.
