The Role

A global healthcare manufacturer is building its professional and clinical education function across EMEA, starting close to a blank page. An initial learning platform has just launched. The strategy, the scale, the multi-market rollout: still to be built, with real budget and real autonomy behind whoever takes it on.

You'll take this from a standing start to a genuine regional capability. You will:

  • Own the EMEA professional and clinical education strategy from first principles
  • Take a newly launched learning platform and scale it into a multi-market, multi-language capability
  • Design and deliver education for clinicians, key opinion leaders, and internal commercial teams
  • Build the KOL, agency and training partnerships that make the strategy real
  • Represent the function at major congresses and industry events across Europe
  • Own this personally, an individual contributor role, built and run by you, not through a team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
