The Opportunity

A global medical aesthetics business is investing in professional and clinical education as a regional priority, and is hiring one person to lead it across EMEA. The foundations are strong: established technologies, experienced clinical trainers, and an engaged customer base. The opportunity is to shape these into a single education strategy for the region, then deliver it.

The Role

  • Develop and execute the professional and internal commercial education strategy across EMEA for a portfolio of energy-based aesthetic technologies
  • Based in or near London, with 40 to 60% travel across the region. Priority markets: UK, Germany and Spain
  • Design educational pathways spanning new customer onboarding, advanced user development and expert-level clinical mastery
  • Build and run training programmes for physicians, nurses and aesthetic practitioners: workshops, peer-to-peer sessions, webinars and regional events
  • Identify and develop KOL relationships across EMEA, supporting congresses, advisory boards and educational content
  • Deliver clinical education and field coaching for internal commercial, marketing and distributor teams
  • Lead the education strategy at major regional and international congresses
  • Manager-level individual contributor, with dotted-line clinical trainers and established support resources behind the role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
