Your role is to build relationships, follow a structured client engagement process and continue developing your own communication and leadership skills.
No previous experience in our industry is required. Many of our successful team members have transitioned from careers in education, management, consulting, sales, hospitality, healthcare, recruitment, finance and other professional sectors.
We're Looking For People Who
- Have a minimum of 5 years' professional work experience
- Enjoy communicating with people and building genuine relationships
- Are self-motivated, coachable and open to learning
- Can commit 10–15 hours per week
- Are interested in ongoing personal and professional development
- Thrive in a performance-led environment
