As our Professional Lead of Radiography, you’ll play a central role in shaping services that will support our communities for decades to come.
About The Role
This is a high-impact senior leadership position at the heart of Radiology. You will:
- Lead and develop Radiography and Diagnostics services across the Trust
- Champion innovation, service transformation, and continuous improvement
- Drive high-quality, patient-centred care and safety
- Provide professional leadership and a strong voice for radiographers locally and across the ICS
- Oversee performance, governance, workforce strategy, and financial stewardship
- Act as the Trust’s lead for radiation protection and IR(ME)R compliance
