Professional Negligence Solicitor Liverpool - Hybrid

A highly regarded, national law firm is seeking a Professional Negligence Solicitor to join its growing Liverpool-based team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload, including high-value and complex professional negligence claims (e.g. solicitors, construction, surveyors, and accountants). You will also work alongside an experienced team on larger matters. Key responsibilities: Managing your own caseload with supervision Supporting senior colleagues on complex claims Working collaboratively within a specialist team Meeting time recording and performance targets Requirements: Experience in professional negligence or general civil litigation Solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years PQE Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules Ability to manage files independently Familiarity with case management systems Good IT and organisational skills What’s on offer: Competitive salary and benefits package 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave Pension, wellbeing support, and insurance schemes Modern city-centre office with excellent facilities and transport links Career development within a supportive and collaborative environment This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to develop their career within a successful and expanding team.
