Coffee Sales Executive – UK & International Markets

Location: Remote, UK-based

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Industry: Coffee Trading and Wholesale

Salary: £20,000–£25,000 per year, depending on experience

On-Target Earnings: £30,000–£45,000 per year, including commission

About Us

We are a UK-based coffee company specialising in premium Robusta and Arabica coffee sourced directly from Tanzania. We supply high-quality coffee to roasters, importers, traders, distributors, and wholesale buyers across the UK and international markets. Our focus is on building reliable, transparent, and long-term relationships throughout the coffee supply chain.

We are currently a small business but as we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Coffee Sales Executive to develop new business within the UK while also expanding our customer base across international markets.

Role Overview

As our Coffee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing customer relationships across both the UK and international markets. You will identify and engage prospective coffee buyers, including roasters, importers, traders, distributors, hospitality suppliers, and wholesalers. You will manage the complete sales process, from researching potential customers and making initial contact through to arranging samples, negotiating commercial terms, and closing orders.

The successful candidate will be comfortable adapting their sales approach to different markets, customer types, and buying requirements. This is a salaried role with a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure, offering strong earning potential for someone who can consistently generate new customers and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
