The Professional Services team is responsible for delivering customer implementations of software solutions including Concerto, Mobiess, and Wiggledesk. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will lead and deliver these implementations — ensuring they are executed in line with contractual scope, agreed timelines and strong commercial governance. This is not a passive role. You are expected to consult, challenge and lead customers through implementation, ensuring pragmatic, best-practice adoption of a SaaS platform. You will combine product expertise, structured delivery and commercial discipline to ensure successful outcomes for both the customer and Bellrock.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of customer implementations from handover by Professional Services through to formal completion and sign-off.
- Review Contracts, RFPs and Statements of Work prior to implementation to ensure clarity around scope, assumptions and deliverables.
- Identify and address ambiguity early, ensuring clear acceptance criteria are defined before configuration begins.
- Lead structured discovery and design sessions, translating customer business processes into effective system configuration.
- Ask probing questions and provide constructive challenge to ensure optimal solution design.
- Guide customers toward pragmatic adoption of standard product functionality while supporting sensible operational change where appropriate.
- Configure the solution platform in line with agreed requirements and best practice standards.
- Develop and maintain deep product expertise across all areas of the platform.
- Plan and schedule customer sessions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Facilitate structured meetings with clear agendas, documented actions and defined outcomes.
- Maintain accurate decision logs and action trackers.
- Hold customers accountable to agreed commitments and timelines.
- Manage milestone reviews and formal sign-offs.
- Identify, manage and escalate risks at an early stage.
- Maintain consistent internal communication with Product, Data and Technical Solutions teams.
- Work confidently with structured data sets.
- Oversee data mapping and validation activities in collaboration with the Data Team.
- Ensure solution configuration aligns with both customer requirements and platform best practice.
- Maintain strong commercial discipline throughout each engagement.
- Protect agreed scope and manage change requests through formal change control processes.
- Ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and agreed deliverables.
- Provide accurate forecasting and maintain timely completion of timesheets.
- Ensure all implementation activity complies with internal security standards and data protection obligations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
