Professional Services Consultant - Commercial Lending

About the team CLS (formerly known as ACBS) is a robust enterprise-level software system that provides tightly integrated functionality and workflow throughout the life of a commercial loan. With its one-time input and seamless data sharing, relationship management, credit approval, general ledger, document management, amendment, and restructuring, tasks are all completed with reduced input errors and improved data integrity. ACBS Commercial Lending at FIS is a fast-paced, high-growth area focused on bringing maximum value to our commercial banking customers. Offering a true front to back office solution, the team is uniquely positioned to reduce time to yes, improve loan operations, and manage credit risk efficiently for our clients. What you will be doing: You will formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. You will elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems. You will translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements You will complete application acceptance, validate, modify and test configuration work and business workflow requirements You will be delivering high quality solutions for implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades and integration projects. What you bring: Proven BA / Consultation experience Extensive commercial lending knowledge / experience Knowledge of related products and services Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, iterative and other modern approaches to software development Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc. Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients Able to work to tight timelines, be commercially aware, and have the ability to work well within a team structure and independently Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts What we offer you: A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities A competitive salary and benefits A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respect Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
