About the Department
Cloudflare’s Global Professional Services organisation is expanding its Professional Services consultancy in London. This team partners closely with customers and internal engineering teams to help organisations build, deploy, and optimise modern applications on Cloudflare.
About the Role
You will support the Professional Services (PS) team by assisting with foundational project tasks and contributing to projects enabling customers to successfully build and deploy on Cloudflare by optimising the use of AI in Professional Services internal operations.

This role provides exposure to Cloudflare’s Professional Services team as you work alongside project managers, project coordinators, and consultants who deliver technical solutions to customers.
Through this 12-week internship, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience working with the Professional Services team.
- Deliver technical solutions for global customers.
- Receive mentorship from experienced PMO members.
- Contribute to real-world projects that support customer adoption of Cloudflare technologies.
Responsibilities
AI-Optimisation & Automation
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven prototypes using:
- LLMs
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Predictive modelling to automate manual workflows within the Professional Services Project and Resourcing ecosystem.
Data & Model Enhancement
- Partner with engineering teams to:
- Identify and clean high-volume, post-sales data.
- Structure data for model training and fine-tuning.
- Enable faster resourcing capabilities.
Quality & Performance Assurance
- Refine and optimise system prompts and model parameters to:
- Ensure high-quality, hallucination-free outputs.
- Strengthen internal advisory tools.
Technical Translation
- Translate high-level optimisation ideas from GCS leadership into:
- Technical requirements.
- Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Collaboration & Documentation
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Improve team efficiency through documentation.
- Create collateral for project enablement.
- Assist in documenting project workflows and deployment steps.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Business
- Project Management
- A related technical field, with an element of AI.
Internship Details
- Full-time, 12-week internship.
- 3-5 days a week, working from the London office from September to December.
