Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
- Advise on employee benefits, pensions, and supplier strategies.
- Translate business needs into effective sourcing initiatives.
- Provide market insights, benchmarking, and commercial guidance.
Sourcing & Category Management
- Lead regional and global sourcing projects across Benefits and Pensions.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business goals.
- Manage RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and selection.
- Deliver business value, cost savings, and process improvements.

Contracts, Risk & Compliance

- Partner with Legal, HR, and Risk teams to maintain governance standards.
Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor market trends, supplier innovation, and industry developments.
- Advise on best practices and emerging opportunities.
- Drive transformation, value creation, and procurement excellence.

- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management across Employee Benefits and Pensions.
- Strong track record of delivering cost savings, business value, and supplier optimization.
- Deep knowledge of benefits markets, including pensions, healthcare, wellbeing, and reward programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiations, contracts, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven mindset.
