monday.com’s team is growing, and we are looking for a Professional Services Team Manager to join our team in London!
About the Role
You will lead and grow a team of Implementation Consultants, responsible for implementing the monday.com AI Work platform for our customers. Your team is responsible for advising and consulting with customers to build and optimise solutions using monday.com products. We’re looking for a results-oriented team leader with a demonstrated track record of successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the high-quality, on-time delivery of high volumes of projects of varying length and complexity.
- Advise and enable the team on the different components of a project lifecycle, including:
- Discovery
- Requirements
- Configuration
- Testing
- Execution
- Roll-out
- Training
- Launch
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Success, Sales, and Partners, to drive efficient and reliable project delivery for our customers.
- Serve as a coach, mentor, and leader to individuals on the team while setting expectations on performance, using data-driven, consistent feedback, and transparency.
- Identify and execute process improvements, policy development, delivery methods, metrics, and tools in support of client delivery.
- Drive the strategy to onboard, enable, and expand usage and revenue with customers.
- Maintain accountability for team operations and the KPIs used to measure the team’s success.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
- Build programs and initiatives to drive continuous internal process improvement and enable the team’s ability to scale.

Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Managed Services, preferably in SaaS or at technology consulting firms.
- 3 to 5+ years of people management experience.
- Extensive experience with project management, CRM, service desk, and/or collaborative work management software.
- Experience delivering or overseeing AI-related implementations—including AI workflow automation, AI-powered platform features, or AI transformation projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to advise customers on how to incorporate AI capabilities into their workflows and solutions.
- Ability to successfully navigate complex organisational structures (internal and external).
- Comfortable transforming department strategy into tactical initiatives and executing on them.
- Process-focused and metrics-driven, with a desire to instil an approach that can scale.
- Experience estimating delivery effort and creating Statements of Work.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- An amazing team player who can collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
