Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) – Real Estate Disputes, Construction & Regulatory 📍 Flexible Working | Full-Time or Part-Time Considered Birmingham or Manchester
A leading national law firm is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to support its Real Estate Disputes, Construction and Regulatory teams, with a particular focus on Building Safety Act-related work.
This role will involve coordinating know-how and information sharing across teams, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, producing client-facing insight, developing precedents and supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services in a rapidly evolving area of law.

Key responsibilities include:
Tracking developments relating to building safety, remediation and technical defects claims Producing legal updates, insights and knowledge-sharing materials Developing and maintaining precedents and know-how resources Supporting lawyers across Real Estate Disputes, Construction and Regulatory teams Exploring and implementing generative AI solutions to enhance knowledge management Contributing to wider property disputes knowledge, including telecoms and landlord and tenant matters

About You
Qualified solicitor with contentious legal experience Strong drafting and knowledge management skills Interest in building safety, construction defects and property disputes Highly organised with excellent communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams
The firm is open to flexible and part-time working arrangements and would welcome applications from experienced PSLs, fee-earners seeking a knowledge-focused role, or professionals returning to practice.
