About The School/Department

This is an exciting opportunity to join the School of Computer Science ( www.nottingham.edu.cn/go/cs ) within the Faculty of Science & Engineering based at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). The School of Computer Science at UNNC is part of the School of Computer Science at the University of Nottingham, UK, which is ranked among the top UK Computer Science departments ( http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/computerscience/ ) . The School at UNNC offers a full range of undergraduate and postgraduate computer science programmes. Supported by major research grants, the School of Computer Science at UNNC is developing strong research in areas including Big Data and Visual Analytics, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Implementation and Testing, and their applications in manufacturing, transport, healthcare and others.

About You

The position holder will teach core undergraduate and postgraduate computer science subjects, develop undergraduate and postgraduate computer science curriculums, perform world-class research and publish academic papers in prestigious international journals and conferences, supervise PhD students and postdoctoral researchers, obtain research grants and perform administrative duties as required.
