The Opportunity

Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Profit Protection Compliance Manager to join our team at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire. Working at this buzzing location, the excitement isn’t just on match days. As a Profit Protection Compliance Manager, you will be analysing and investigating stock and revenue discrepancies, supporting profit protection and risk administration, and collaborating with the profit protection and operations teams on event days. What Will You Do?

  • Analyse business reports on revenue and stock for issues or loss, identifying any investigation needs for the operation and people teams
  • Manage profit protection databases and update post-event, using team event activity and business reports to identify revenue issues for further review
  • Produce, analyse, and explain stadium till analysis summary reports for the profit protection team
  • Highlight and collaborate on mitigating the potential risks in revenue and stock procedures with the profit protection team
  • Provide case management support for investigations managed by the profit protection team, promptly recording and advising on discrepancies

More About You

  • Experience in profit protection or related field, including coaching and mentoring team members
  • Ability to accurately collect and analyse data and statistics
  • Skills in written and verbal communication, collaboration and teamwork, independent working, self-development, accountability, organisation, problem solving, IT literacy
  • Ability to travel to support our stadium locations, if required
