Position

Program Advisors are responsible for promoting the University of Law's programme portfolio to prospective students via phone, email, and online meetings, forming a vital and integral part of the sales and recruitment team.

The purpose of the role is to manage the student pipeline from initial enquiry and application through to enrolment and payment of tuition fees, providing domestic and international students with support throughout the full application journey.

You will work with minimal day-to-day supervision, leading and managing a consultative enrolment process within established procedures and parameters. The role requires a strong understanding of internal systems, processes, programme offerings, and the wider higher education environment.

Role holders are expected to work with independence and initiative, prioritise effectively in response to changing demands, and make decisions within defined parameters. You will also be expected to actively contribute to improving recruitment processes and student experience.

Your Tasks

  • Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students through phone, sms, video calls, emails and chats. Often making 100+ dials per day.
  • Continuously learn and master the course offerings and programs provided by the University of Law through structured training and independent research.
  • Provide individually tailored consultations and advice to prospective students, adapting communication style to meet diverse needs.
  • Guide students through the full application journey: from initial enquiry through to application completion, offer conversion, and enrolment at the University of Law.
  • Explore a student's career aspirations and confidently match them to relevant University of Law programmes.
  • Advise international students on visa, immigration, and compliance requirements where applicable.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, providing tailored guidance and solutions, keeping applicants engaged and informed through their enrolment process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to students and stakeholders at all stages of the recruitment cycle.
  • Represent the University of Law in a professional, positive, and engaging manner at all times.
  • Accurately maintain CRM systems with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all student records are kept up to date.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and recruitment avenues within the market.
  • Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes and student conversion strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
